I refer to my letter of 17^th, copy attached, and acknowledge a response from a Mr R M Hoyle of Cheltenham, copy attached.

Regrettably, this does not address my request for the name of an independent body who would confirm the reasonableness of your charges.

Mr Hoyle suggests writing to something called your ‘Compliance Department’, with a complaint. However, I have no complaint, just a need for an independent opinion.

Would you please answer my request.

Should you again fail to answer, I shall refer my question to the Financial Ombudsman, in the hope of a simple resolution.
